Plumeria Plants (Gorurchampa)

Plumeria plant is a very fragrant plant and a garden plant also. Its common name is “Frangipani” and in Bengali it is known as “Gorurchampa”. Its scientific name is “Plumeria rubra” and it belongs from “Apocynaceae” family. It is variable in colors like pink with white, yellow with white, red, white and pink with yellow. This plant loves sunlight and it tolerates high temperature. For growing its leaves and flower it needs high temperature and sunlight. Heavy water is harmful for this plant, always need to avoid heavy water but it needs moist soil. It needs fertilizer to growing either it needs very little take care. High temperature is perfect for this plant; cold weather is harmful for Plumeria plants.
